Yesterday was our first time eating here and oh my gosh it was the BEST food experience we've ever had! You can tell right away that Mr. and Mrs. Hyde pour their heart and soul into their food, service and wine selections. On top of that, they had a BEAUTIFUL engagement proposal setup with my now fiancé. They made our anniversary night so so special, even when it was their anniversary also. We can't stop talking about how amazing everything was and how excited we are to return with friends and family! Thank you all at Hyde n Chic for an unforgettable experience!!!

Excellent food! We did the 5 course and were not disappointed. As the courses went on each dish was better than the next. Venison was a perfect cook and the dover sole was very yummy. A great little find! The chef and his wife have a great thing going here for the foodies out there!

Shocked it was my first time here! The food was amazing from start to finish. The tasting menu was well curated and thought out, with each dish being a wonderful combination of flavors! The wife is so sweet and welcoming and the husband (the chef) came and thanked us for dining. This will be a new favorite spot for my husband and I. I highly recommend trying it out. And each month they have a new tasting menu! Truly unique and you can tell every dish is made with passion the talent and beauty of each dish is definitely Michelin star worthy.. Naples needed a place like this and I’m so happy we decided to try it. I forgot to take pictures of 2 of the dishes - it was 5 courses.

Hyde N Chic is nothing short of phenomenal--my new favorite spot in Naples. I had been looking forward to trying their tasting menu for a while, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Chef Andy masterfully weaves flavors from his diverse life experiences, creating a culinary journey where every course is a destination worth savoring. This isn't just a meal; it's an event you'll remember long after the last bite. Just keep in mind - service can run long here. If you’re prepared for that and OK with it, you will thoroughly enjoy the experience! The ambiance is trendy, chic, and thoughtfully decorated with stylish art and decor. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and exceptionally prepared. From the moment you walk in, they greet you by name and make you feel like a valued guest. Since I arrived right at opening, Chef Andy even gave me a personal tour of the kitchen, introducing me to his team. His passion for hospitality shines throughout the experience--he stops by tables to share stories, check in on dishes, and ensure every guest has a memorable night. I experienced the March 2025 tasting menu, and each dish was a revelation. The oysters, paired with a mignonette and tropical fruits, struck the perfect balance of sweet and sour. The carpaccio was light yet rich, and the bread service introduced me to a savory tomato butter I'd never had before. The butternut squash bisque was airy and luscious, complemented by a perfectly crisp crab cake. The asparagus salad, topped with a pink poached egg, added a luxurious, runny yolk to the dressing--absolutely divine. A true standout was the shrimp & gari, a tribute to Chef Andy's African roots, delivering bold flavors with a heat punch. His take on shrimp and grits was next-level. The wild mushroom strudel, wrapped in a delicate, crispy shell and topped with shaved truffle, delivered an umami explosion. The grouper, a must-have on the Gulf Coast, was bathed in a rich franciacorta cream sauce reminiscent of a silky béchamel--I wanted to savor every drop. The foie gras and French quail were decadently satisfying, while the Wagyu beef bourguignon short rib melted in my mouth, perfectly complemented by its accompaniments. To finish, the Ghanaian chocolate cigar was almost too indulgent to handle--I barely had room! This restaurant is an absolute gem, and if you have the chance to experience it, don't hesitate. Chef Andy and his incredible team deliver an unforgettable dining experience with dishes that showcase standout ingredients, impeccable technique, and flavors that linger in the best way possible.

I think you’ll be hard pressed to find better fine dining in Naples. Everything that came to our table was genuinely delicious, with the salmon tartar, chicken liver, and venison being dishes my wife and I found to be truly exceptional. The wine pairing was also great and featured very generous pours. The only minor issue with the pairing is that our server didn’t really go in depth on the wines, regions, or grapes like I’ve experienced at other tastings but with that said, I don’t think she is a sommelier so there wasn’t really an expectation to have that information provided. It would have been nice to have more info on what we were dinning but ultimately what matters was the wine and the wine all tasted great and paired well with our courses. Service was exactly what you would expect at a fine dining restaurant and did not disappoint. The chef is very talented and I look forward to coming back and making this restaurant a part of our regular rotation for Naples and encourage anyone looking for elevated dining to come here and experience this restaurant.

Another world class culinary treat with Chef Hyde and exquisite front of the house service from Mrs. Hyde. We asked for a specially curated dinner for our son's special birthday and chef create a 12 course magical journey. We were excited by several dishes and forgot to take pictures! Each dish had a special sauce, the flavors of all the dishes were complimentary to the previous and next dish.The intensity of flavors flowed like well choreographed ballet. Chef has been trained at Alinea as well as Gordon Ramsey and it is evident from the creativity, the flavors and the artistic plating. Naples doesnt hit the Michelin tour, if they did this culinary experience is worthy of the coveted Michelin stars-we have been to many, many Michelin restaurants around the world. While we arranged for a birthday dinner, every month Chef Hyde has a chef's menu, and now lunch and takeout is available! if you like excellent cuisine be sure to visit Hyde and Chic.

First time here. Went for my birthday. Every dish was carefully prepared with delectable detail, flavor and texture. This was truly a wonderful food experience. The chef and his wife were very welcoming and great hosts. Will definitely return soon!
